In order to maintain economies of scale on price & time schedule, the only variations we can accommodate are:

Our meals are made FRESH DAILY.
NOT an all at once Collection. We do not eat yesterday's food.
Delivery is daily between 9-1.
Unfortunately we can't guarantee specific times.
Collection is daily from 10am at Nouriti la lucia mall.

We understand life is unpredictable, however, changes to meal plan numbers, delivery arrangements, special dietary requirements and cancellations may not be possible and may incur charges or forfeiture of meals.
Strictly no changes with less then 48h notice.

The meals have protein as standard, fats and carbs are average out over all 10 meals for the week (hence we encourage full subscription for full benefit).
Ladies meals average 400 calories, 40% protein, 30% carbs, 30% fats:

Allergy / Intolerance
Attention customers with food allergies. Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. While we take steps to minimize this risk and to safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that cross contamination may occur, as factors beyond our reasonable control may alter the formulations of the food we serve, or manufacturers may change their formulations without our knowledge.
Our facilities are not food allergen or gluten-free. Customers with food allergies or other nutritional concerns are advised to immediately notify the Manager of our dining operation for assistance.
Customers are advised that all nutritional information posted on our website is calculated using a respected nutritional analysis software program. While information is based on recipes specific to Nouriti, nutrient values and allergens of each food may vary due to selected portion size, the use of condiments and seasonings by our customers, as well as growing conditions, manufacture formulations, or any substitutions. Additionally, our products are completely handmade and therefore exact calculations would not be possible. The information provided on our website is an approximation and intended to be used as a guide only and not the render of professional advice.
Agreed refunds will take place within the following week, however a R25 Fee will be deducted for bank charges for invalid bookings.
