In order to maintain economies of scale on price & time schedule, the only variations we can accommodate are:

Minimum order of 5 meals per person in a week.

Delivery / Collection Logistics
Meals are delivered between 9-1 daily.
Specific times can't be booked and unfortunately we can’t guarantee exact times as this depends on drivers schedule and whether prior customers delay.
Delivery details may not always be able to be changed midweek. Be sure of address and availability when placing order.
The driver will attempt delivery for up to 10 mins thereafter he will return the meals to the shop and another delivery will have to be arranged and charged (Outlying Areas may be more than the standard daily rate quoted).
If an ACCESS CODE is required, kindly set a daily alarm to send this code to 073-169-5696 by 8.30am Daily.

Lineage Westville / Hillcrest from 12pm Daily.
Retro Ballito from 12pm Daily.

Payments are UPFRONT and due by the Saturday prior.
Booking Changes
Any distribution/logistical queries can be sent to the Distribution manager on 073-169-5696.
We understand life is unpredictable, however, changes to meal plan numbers, delivery arrangements, special dietary requirements and cancellations may not be possible and or may incur charges or forfeiture of meals.
Please ensure all requirements are communicated on booking as midweek changes cannot be guaranteed and we'd hate to disappoint.
A maximum of 3 changes or pauses in a 6 week cycle is allowable.
Invalid Bookings
Should a payment be made for an invalid booking, refunds will take place within the following week, however a R25 Fee will be deducted for bank charges.

Nouriti will endeavour to accommodate exclusions of certain foods per your request, however, Nouriti does not purport to support any form of medical diet nor guarantee to manage any form of allergies nor intolerances.

Our facilities are not food allergen or gluten-free. Customers with food allergies or other nutritional concerns are advised to notify the manager of any dining operation for assistance.

Customers are advised that all nutritional information posted on our website is calculated using a respected nutritional analysis software program. While information is based on recipes specific to Nouriti, nutrient values and allergens of each food may vary due to selected portion size, the use of condiments and seasonings by our customers, as well as growing conditions, manufacture formulations, or any substitutions. Additionally, our products are completely handmade and therefore exact calculations would not be possible. The information provided on our website is approximate and intended to be used as a guide only.
